A mother loses her child in Court when the Judge doesn't want to hear from her or her lawyer. Sound familiar?

Not only does she lose her child, but the child is given away to complete strangers the receiving couple met on-line, BEFORE the Judge even gives them the tot!

The mother's lawyer bitches, (Extremely rare) about the case and the Judge and the opposing MORMON lawyers get her dis-barred.

End of story, right? NAH!...

If the Judge, CPS, CASA and the County didn't have the lawyer dis-barred for daring to challenge the Judges Ruling, the story would have died probably along with the tot.
 
However, with nothing to lose, the lawyer took the tots case to Appeal. Guess who is now going to be dis-barred and have their asses sued off?

RALEIGH –12/28/10 – Last week, the North Carolina Court of Appeals vacated a child custody order entered by Orange County District Court Judge Joe Buckner, calling the child custody case a “charade.” The case involves a 3-year old boy who was removed from Nevada by Mormons so he could be adopted in North Carolina without his mother’s consent.
The Court of Appeals agreed with the young boy’s mother, Emily M. McManaway, that Judge Buckner’s order must be vacated because he failed to hear any evidence before awarding sole custody of McManaway’s son to her brother and his wife when they had already given the young boy away to a Surry County couple they had met online.
Betsy J. Wolfenden, McManaway’s former attorney, was able to stop the illegal adoption of her client’s son, but after the Surry County couple refused to return the child, Wolfenden filed a motion in Orange County District Court to have Judge Buckner’s custody order set aside. The Court of Appeals held that Judge Buckner’s refusal to set aside his custody order was an abuse of discretion when he failed to hold a custody hearing and when the order contained “patently false” findings. The Mormon couples were represented in Orange County District Court by Attorneys Donna Ambler Davis and Leigh A. Peek.
Wolfenden, a UNC law school graduate, was disbarred in July of this year after the North Carolina State Bar accused her of filing “frivolous” lawsuits against Davis and Peek on behalf of McManaway. The State Bar also found that Wolfenden was a danger to the public. “I feel vindicated by the opinion,” says Wolfenden. “I have asserted all along that it is the corruption in Orange County District Court which endangers the public, and I was disbarred for speaking out against it.”
Wolfenden ran for Orange County District Court judge in 2008, claiming the constitutional rights of parents are frequently violated in that court. During the election, Buckner, Davis and Peek brought dozens of anonymous grievances against her with the State Bar. Wolfenden lost the election and Buckner, Davis and Peek later testified against her at her State Bar hearing. Wolfenden is currently suing the State Bar, Buckner, Davis and Peek for malicious prosecution, obstruction of justice, and for conspiring to defame her.

DAYSTARS MURDER OF MICHAEL OWENS

I'm in the process now of receiving Michaels records from his family.

Once again, the Angel of Death, Krista Rodriquez is trying to bury her latest victim in quiet anonymity by buying off the family of Michael like they bought off the families of Daystar's first 3 victims, all girls, all strangled like Michael was killed.

It was NOT surprising to learn that once again, the name of Lisa McCartney surfaced. I'm interested in knowing if Horvath's hands are as bloody, and if so, you can depend upon hearing of it.

So far, what we have is a "Deeply disturbed boy" according to CPS that they were trying to "Help". My first question would HAVE to be; If this kid was so disturbed, what was he doing in a public school?

If Daystar was being paid the big bucks to "Treat" Michael, why did they leave him in a Detention Center for 4 days before picking him up?

Why are former staff telling me that the reason Michael was "In a closet" is because when staff has to "Restrain" a "Client" that's where the restraining can take place without fear of the camera's lens?

Why did Daystar's Attorney feel the tape was OK "Now"? As opposed to when Mr. Carsey?

Main stream media has lost interest in Michaels murder, probably in record time, since there was no indications of sex being involved. Well, much to CPS and CASA's chagrin, Bill Medvecky doesn't really care all that much about the sex-o angle since he's not selling newspapers or commercial time.

Michael's murder is not going to swept under the rug, and SOMEBODY is going to prison this time! That's my promise to Michael.

Michaels pictures are going up. His cell-mates pictures at Daystar are going up, the little deals cut by CPS and CASA are going to be made public, and most importantly, Daystar's ponzi scheme is going up on the internet front and center. This is Daystars last murder Mr. Hill, COUNT ON IT!

As some may know, FLDS.WS has been knocked off the net again, and this time I refuse to allow it back on-line so long as there is the possibility of it being censored again.

CPS, CASA, the State and the Judicial Branch are all use to doing their dirty work in stealth, and I for one won't allow that to happen. When they steal a kid, rape a kid, murder a kid, their names are going out there along with the kids. I don't really care if there are "Gag Orders" or "Restraining Orders" out there, or how big your hat and gun are, or how long you can throw my ass in jail for, your name, address, phone number, kids names, picture and place you work for are all going to be public knowledge.

Krista Rodriquez of Houston CPS needs to explain why there are 56 dead kids on her watch.

Clay Dean Hill needs to explain how he's making millions off "Daystar" while his staff kills kids and feeds them garbage.

Lisa McCartney needs to explain why she keeps ripping children out of hospital beds with diagnosed illnesses and declares them "Cured".

Seig Heiligenstein needs to explain why Michael Owens is sleeping in a morgue right now.

Ricky Perry needs to explain why the children of the YFZ Ranch were kidnapped over a KNOWN hoax phone call.

Angis Voss needs to explain why the Texas Mental Health people all filed letters against her and the workers in San Angelo alleging physical, emotional, medical and psychological abuse of the women and children of the YFZ Ranch.

Harvey Hildebran needs to explain his bias and persecution of a religion he does not personally like. I don't personally like you Harvey, but that doesn't give me the right to try to exterminate you because you "Offend" me.
